Pre-Sha, Cheeks & Lips
Pre-Sha: Wash & dry your face, cleanse with a cleanser and apply your favorite Vitamin-C Serum, Hyaluronic Acid, Moisturiser or cream (prevents "tugging").
Cheeks: Scrape your cheeks from your nose outwards toward your ears in long, even strokes.
Lips: Glide the Gua Sha back and forth over your lips between 5 - 7 times, top and bottom.
Jawline & Neck
Jawline: Glide the Gua Sha tool from the centre of your chin out toward your ear lobe along the contour of your jawline applying even pressure with each stroke.
Neck: Imagine your neck was divided vertically into 4 even sections, then scrape each section gently upwards with the Gua Sha towards your jawline, with five strokes for each section.
Forehead, Eyes & Brows
Forehead: Scape the Gua Sha from the centre of your forehead gently outward towards the ear.
Eyes: Begin with the Gua Sha in the inner corner of your eye and glide the tool outward towards your temple.
Brows: Begin at the inside of your eye brow and sweep the Gua Sha along the brow and outward toward your ear.
